Body Control Pilates is an excellent way to work progressively towards the classical Pilates method, developed by the late Joseph Pilates. It is a fabulous form of training that anyone can do regardless of age or ability. It targets deep postural muscles working from the inside out. This refers to the deep abdominals, pelvic floor and spine. You will learn how to engage these muscles whilst gaining an understanding of correct alignment and posture.

Pilates is a physical and mental conditioning that greatly enhances body awareness. The aim is a long, lean & strong body, bringing you into perfect balance & alignment. The exercises are performed with control, often in a flowing sequence, without endless repetition. It does not leave you feeling exhausted, drained or bored. You should leave class feeling refreshed, calm and invigorated!
